My sessions with Jenni have been one of the most uplifting experiences of my life so far. I have never received life coaching before but remained open and curious to what would be explored between Jenni and myself. From the very first session I was surprised at how natural the conversation flowed and how peaceful and held I felt whilst uncovering past feelings both of hurt and joy. I am deeply grateful for all the support and insights that the coaching sessions with Jenni has brought. When we began our sessions, I was braving all kinds of emotional waves. Thanks to Jenni’s sensitive approach I was able to create space to explore why I felt the way I did, to find answers and start reconnecting with deeper potential. Experimenting with various practical tools really helped to cope and deal with intense emotions, but also to verbalise my feelings in a more supportive and healthy way. I know how to keep a healthier balance now and it has been invaluable for me to clearly notice the difference of taking my feelings into consideration versus when I don’t. The weekly coaching sessions have been very effective, in terms of focus, energy and hunger inspiring me to get back on track with my goals and I was able to move forward in a clear direction. Looking back on the original needs and values I set out at the beginning; I can confidently say that I’ve experienced a breakthrough and coming back to life with new strength, returning to myself.

Mindfulness in primary schools KS2

16 one-hour lessons Youth Mindfulness Kids programme for ages 7-11. Lessons include games, videos and activities to inspire young minds in understanding the mind and cultivating qualities such as resilience, kindness, gratitude and perserverance.

Mindfulness SOMA programme

SOMA kids programme for ages 12-21. Activities designed to foster interaction, connection and trust. Developing an understanding of how the mind works and cultivating core strengths, using mindfulness based activities, designed to be flexible depending on the setting and needs of the group.

Guided Meditation

Group or 1:1 meditation courses. A heart centred compassionate approach, fostering present moment awareness, self compassion and heart connection to self and other.
